Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of SLPA program
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility for state licensure)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLPs
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse K-12 student caseload
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills
  • Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to meeting student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite speech-language therapy services to assigned caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social success
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a vibrant multidisciplinary team
