Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of SLPA program
- Current licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility for state licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLPs
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse K-12 student caseload
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to meeting student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language therapy services to assigned caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a vibrant multidisciplinary team
