Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals, tailoring personalized treatment plans accordingly.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to create a sense of community and enhance the understanding of mental health concerns among participants.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring immediate and compassionate support.
- Educate clients on various mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.
- Maintain precise and secure documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
