RNNPE – RN Nurse Practice Educator
Facility: Mountain Ridge Center Job Type: Contract Location: Franklin, NH Setting: In Person
Pay: $2,350 – $2,403/week Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Contract Length: 16 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Requirements

Active NH RN License
</li>
<li>
Minimum 2 years RNNPE/Nurse Educator experience in LTC
</li>
<li>
PCC experience required
</li>
<li>
Must be willing to work the floor if needed
</li>
<li>
Experience with staff education, onboarding, and compliance training
</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Educate and mentor nursing staff
</li>
<li>
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
</li>
<li>
Develop and implement training programs
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with LTC standards and policies
</li>
<li>
Support clinical staff development and competency improvement
</li>
<li>
Maintain audit-ready education records
</li>
