What We’re Looking For:

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required for SLPs)
Open to SLPAs with relevant credentials and school-based experience
Experience or genuine interest in supporting kindergarten through 12th-grade students
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other professionals
Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school settings
Previous school-based or pediatric experience a plus

Your Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to foster optimal learning outcomes
Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
Create engaging, age-appropriate therapy activities that motivate learners
Travel onsite to different school locations as assigned
