What We’re Looking For:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required for SLPs)
- Open to SLPAs with relevant credentials and school-based experience
- Experience or genuine interest in supporting kindergarten through 12th-grade students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school settings
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to foster optimal learning outcomes
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Create engaging, age-appropriate therapy activities that motivate learners
- Travel onsite to different school locations as assigned
