Job Role- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location- Quincy, Newton, Boston, MA
Full- Time, Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessments: Conduct initial intakes, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and reassessments to drive individualized treatment.
- Program Development: Design, implement, and update ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Provide ongoing supervision, training, and clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor progress and modify interventions for optimal outcomes.
- Family Collaboration: Facilitate caregiver training and collaborate with families and other professionals (e.g., SLPs, OTs) to ensure a cohesive care model.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification: Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Licensure: Active Massachusetts LABA credential (or eligibility to obtain it immediately).
