We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person Para Educator to support a school in Franklin County, MA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: June 17, 2027

• Location: Franklin County, MA

\n

• On-site, 32.5 hours per week

\n

• School Year: 2026-2027

\n

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Meets NCLB “Highly Qualified” requirements.

\n

• Ability to build positive working relationships with both students and adults in a school setting.

\n

• Demonstrated reliability, strong attention to detail, and consistent attendance.

\n

• Ability to handle sensitive student information with professionalism and discretion.

\n

• Associate degree or equivalent coursework and at least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Support classroom instruction by helping educators deliver lessons and learning activities throughout the school day.

\n

• Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and classroom routines.

\n

• Partner with teachers and related staff to help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for students.

\n

• Assist with student supervision and behavior support strategies, including participating in approved safety interventions when needed.

\n

• Prepare and organize classroom spaces, supplies, and instructional materials as directed by the teaching team.

\n
