The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is on the lookout for an Academic General Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join our expanding team in the vibrant city of Boston. This role is ideal for a physician who is enthusiastic about delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care while also contributing to the academic goals of our institution and the affiliated medical school.

As an Academic General OB/GYN, you will be supported by a skilled clinical team, including dedicated nursing staff and advanced practice professionals. Your Role in Transforming Patient Care
As an Academic General Obstetrician/Gynecologist, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care throughout the reproductive lifespan.
- Building and expanding your practice within our institution.
- Providing care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including Labor & Delivery.
- Managing both routine and complex obstetric and gynecologic cases with the support of a vast network of subspecialists.
- Performing general gynecologic procedures and surgeries aligned with your training and interests.
- Collaborating with a strong team of physicians, nurses, advanced practice clinicians, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Teaching and mentoring students from the affiliated medical school, OBGYN residents, and other advanced trainees.
- Engaging in the academic mission of the department through education, research, innovation, patient advocacy, and other scholarly activities based on your interests.
- Enhancing access to high-quality, compassionate reproductive healthcare for our diverse patient community.
- Contributing to a collegial departmental culture focused on collaboration, mentorship, inclusion, and professional growth.
- Exploring opportunities to incorporate a laborist component into your schedule if desired.
Who You Are
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Eligible for or currently possess a medical license in Massachusetts.
- Dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
- Interested in practicing full-scope General Obstetrics and Gynecology in an academic setting.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.
- Collaborative and eager to contribute to the ongoing growth of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The salary range for this position is $250,000.00 - $348,566.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and will take into account various factors, including relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
