Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote client engagement and recovery.
- Document every stage of the counseling process diligently—from initial consultations through ongoing progress assessments.
- Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, to create cohesive intervention strategies.
- Provide necessary follow-ups for clients transitioning to or from hospital admissions, ensuring continuity of care.
- Assist families and primary caregivers in navigating the complexities of mental health challenges within their loved ones.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your work will primarily involve working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
- Strong proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, for effective client management and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, showing a genuine interest in and compassion for client well-being.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
