Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a positive shopping experience.
- Introduce customers to the latest telecommunications products, services, and promotions.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Process sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge, sales, and leadership training.
- Represent our clients with integrity while helping build brand awareness.
We're Looking For Someone Who

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age/Auth: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Full-time schedule, including weekends as needed.
- Work Environment: 100% in-person inside retail partner locations.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commissions based on individual sales performance. Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages for all hours worked, including applicable overtime. When commission earnings exceed hourly wages during the applicable pay period, employees receive the higher commission amount in accordance with applicable law.
Top-performing team members typically earn $600-$1,200 per week, although individual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
