Respiratory Therapist Opportunity: \n

\n
• Full-time, permanent opportunity

\n

• Night shift; 10-hour or 12-hour schedules available

\n

• Open to both new graduate and experienced Respiratory Therapists

\n

• $8,000 sign-on bonus available

\n

• Provide respiratory care throughout the hospital, including Emergency Department, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and specialty patient care areas

\n

Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Perform respiratory assessments and deliver treatments, oxygen therapy, and airway management interventions

\n

• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation while monitoring patient responses to therapy

\n

• Respond to respiratory emergencies, rapid response events, and changing patient care needs

\n

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality patient care

\n

• Prioritize and manage a diverse patient caseload while working independently in a fast-paced acute care environment

\n

Respiratory Therapist Qualifications: \n

\n
• CRT or RRT credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required

\n

• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner license

\n

• Comfortable providing care to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patient populations

\n

• Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred but not required

\n

• New graduates are encouraged to apply
