This elementary caseload offers a manageable roster capped at 40 students in grades Pre-K through 8, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while keeping your workload balanced. You’ll work full-time from September 2026 to June 2027 as part of an engaged, collaborative onsite team, including the support of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)—ensuring you feel valued and empowered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP license; CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Background in elementary caseload management a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students (PreK-8th grade)
  • Complete assessments, develop and implement IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, SLPAs, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
