Monday-Friday
7:00 AM-3:00 PM
8-Hour Day Shifts
Minimum Commitment: 3 Weeks Per Month
No Call Required
Consistent and Reliable Coverage Required

Approximately 16-20 Endoscopy Cases Per Day
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Independent Anesthesia Coverage
Manage Anesthesia Cases Without Supervision
Provide Operating Room and Endoscopy Anesthesia Services
Perform General Anesthesia
Provide Anesthesia for Plastic Surgery
Provide Orthopedic Anesthesia
Provide Urologic Anesthesia
Provide Gynecologic Anesthesia
Provide Endoscopy Anesthesia
Provide Anesthesia for Healthy Pediatric Patients
Perform Regional Anesthesia and Nerve Blocks
Required Procedures / Skills
General Anesthesia
Regional Anesthesia - Strongly Preferred
Peripheral Nerve Blocks
Pediatric Nerve Blocks
General Surgery Anesthesia
Plastic Surgery Anesthesia
Orthopedic Anesthesia
Urologic Anesthesia
Gynecologic Anesthesia
Endoscopy Anesthesia
Pediatric Anesthesia
Must Be Comfortable Performing Various Types of Blocks, Including Pediatric Blocks
Must Be Comfortable Managing 16-20 Endoscopy Cases Per Day

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - Required
ABA Certification or Eligibility - Required
Active Massachusetts Medical License - Required
Candidates Requiring Massachusetts Licensure Will Not Be Considered
ACLS - Required
BLS - Required
Massachusetts DEA - Required
Minimum 1 Year of Clinical Experience - Required
Must Be Comfortable Practicing Independently
Regional Anesthesia Skills - Strongly Preferred
Ability to Perform Pediatric Blocks - Required
Minimum Availability of 3 Weeks Per Month - Required
