<p>Property manager responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Leasing</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Showing apartments</li>
<li>Administering rental applications, checking references, etc.</li>
<li>Ensuring that we rent to tenants who will pay rent and respect the property</li>
<li>Renewing leases with current tenants</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Rent collection</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring tenants are keeping up with rent payments</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Tenant relations</li>
<li>
<ul>
<li>Keeping track of general communication with tenants</li>
<li>Ensuring properties look presentable</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<p>We have properties in Dover, NH and the surrounding towns. We also have a handful of properties in Portland, ME. We are a relatively small company with about 240 units under management. We use Appfolio for our property management software. Some knowledge of that system would be preferable but is not required. </p>
