Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis protocols, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and facilitating smooth clinic operations.

\n

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to provide effective interventions.

\n

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies customized to individual client needs.

\n

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

\n

• Serve as a primary liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery.

\n

• Create and sustain effective lines of communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards and promote the mission of Serenity Hope and Healing Counseling.

\n

• Establish relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to expand our service offerings and tap into new funding opportunities.

\n

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at state-wide meetings and committees.

\n

• Promote and integrate our agency's mission, values, and philosophy into everyday practice, contributing to a cohesive team environment.

\n

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, demonstrating flexibility in supporting the organization's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
