Preschool Teacher – Early Childhood Education
Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Openings: 2

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking EEC Certified Preschool Teachers who are passionate about creating meaningful early learning experiences for young children.

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll create an engaging classroom where children strengthen their language, early academic, social-emotional, and independence skills while learning through exploration and play.

What You'll Do

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate preschool activities
  
  
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  
  
• Support early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional learning
  
  
• Create a positive, structured, and welcoming classroom environment
  
  
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, and kindergarten-readiness skills
  
  
• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
  
  
• Use positive classroom guidance and consistent routines
  
  
• Build strong relationships and communicate with families
  
  
• Collaborate with your teaching team and center leadership
  
  
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
  
  
• Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience preferred
  
  
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
  
  
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
  
  
• Dependable, creative, nurturing, and team-oriented
  
  
• Must meet applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements
