Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct in-depth client assessments and evaluations to determine mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in regular staff meetings, ensuring the consistency and quality of care provided to clients.
- Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and track their progress through ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000, with potential bonuses based on performance productivity.
