Travel Registered Nurse (RN)- Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)- Med Surg/Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, VT.

Contract Details

Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 12 hr Nights 36hr guarantee
Start Date: 11/1/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Location: Springfield, VT
Hourly Pay: $ 28.70
Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
Weekly Total Pay: $ 2020.90
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements: TBD

NOTE: 48HRS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed): Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after

** Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring post-operative patients’ levels of recovery and consciousness from anesthesia and providing updates to the treatment team as needed.
Treating pain, nausea, and other post-operative symptoms of anesthesia and administering medication as prescribed.
Regularly checking vital signs to quickly intercept any potential issues and ensure a smooth recovery.
Keeping bandages, dressings, etc. clean, dry, and safe.
Educating patients and their families on post-surgery care, as well as answering questions.
Updating charts, patient files, and medical records.

Compensation:

Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

Must have 2+ years of CURRENT med surg/tele experience
Progressive Care Unit/PCU experience strongly required; ICU experience strongly preferred
DRIP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Must have CHARGE EXPERIENCE
Small critical access facility experience preferred
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY INPATIENT UNIT WITHIN THEIR SCOPE OF PRACTICE
MINIMUM 3 months previous travel experience is required
Must have experience with Insulin drips, emolol drips and sodium drips
Must have Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
