Job Details

Position Title: Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This role transcends the typical Clinic Director position — it offers the chance to become an Equity Partner and play a pivotal role in establishing a clinic from the ground up. You will have input on the clinic's location, culture, team development, and patient experience while collaborating with an organization that has successfully launched over 400 clinics across the country. Our company will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, Human Resources, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, Revenue Cycle Management, and more to ensure your clinic's success.

Compensation

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually

Additional Compensation: This role is also eligible for a Clinic Director Bonus Plan, Equity opportunities, and Relocation Assistance.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated commitment and experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strong desire to mentor and develop others.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to growing the clinic, fostering community relationships, and nurturing a positive team culture.
