Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (please provide a screenshot with your submission)
  • Strongly preferred: prior work as a school-based BCBA or Autism Specialist
  • Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and train school staff in behavioral strategies
  • Comfortable supporting autism classrooms and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Reliable transportation, as travel between four sites is required

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert behavior consultation and classroom coaching
  • Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs
  • Support and mentor teachers, paraprofessionals, and students with autism
  • Foster collaboration with staff across multiple schools
  • Ensure timely, effective communication and reliable attendance
