Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including but not limited to:

- Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine the most effective treatment pathways.
- Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
- Providing therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
- Leading both individual and group therapy sessions designed to facilitate trauma processing, develop coping strategies, and foster emotional healing.
- Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our patients.
- Delivering crisis intervention support during critical trauma-related emergencies while ensuring sensitivity and understanding.
- Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and resources to aid recovery.
- Maintaining accurate and nuanced documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current, valid licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and ethical skills, demonstrating a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to patient care.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with relevant technology that enables remote care.
