Job DescriptionJob Duties and Requirements:

Our ideal candidate would be working towards an ABA graduate degree, have a background working in settings where ABA practices have been utilized, has a special education background and/or experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism, and is willing to be a team player and an awesome individual contributor. We see someone who is passionate about the work that they do. Willing to learn to complete intake assessments, assist with clinical work, and receive feedback from BCBA. Has drive to work independently, but is capable of working in a team setting as well. Is flexible and dependable. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.

Must be able to be on feet and on-the-go for hours at a time, including accompanying clients for walks and other activities. Must be comfortable driving clients to and from places, as needed. The main areas this role will service will be Wilmington and Lexington, MA.

Benefits include: Ability to be supervised by a BCBA for supervision hours if desired/requested and individual is able to work 20-30 hours weekly consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to Commute: Wilmington and Lexington, MA area, as well as Woburn headquarters as needed.

Work Location: In-person/in client's home/at the Woburn Center

All staff must be comfortable driving daily, to and from locations. We do require a valid driver's license, car insurance, and clean driving records for our staff. Our program is very community based in the sense that we work on functional skills while out in the community. So you will have to be comfortable being out and about at times or in one specific place, as well as partaking in a variety of activities.

We are the literal intersection of multiple roads/services/regions, including DDS, ABA, mental health, human services, and education--headquartered in Woburn, MA. We service clients in Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bristol, and Worcester counties.
