Description:
\n 12-hour night shift Respiratory Therapist position in a Level II trauma hospital serving all age groups, including ICU and ED patients. RT provides comprehensive respiratory care using Hamilton C3/T1 ventilators, V60 NIV, Airvo 2, heated HFNC, and Bubble CPAP. Works under RT-driven protocols for bronchodilator therapy, airway clearance, NIV, and mechanical ventilation. Responsible for critical care transports and ventilator management in collaboration with Pulmonary Critical Care and Hospitalist teams. Every other weekend required; holidays as needed.
\n Requirements:
\n Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Active NBRC verification and current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required. Minimum 2 years of experience required, including neonate and pediatric (NICU/PICU) experience. Recent EPIC experience (within 2 years) required. Must hold active license at time of submission. Strong ventilator management and critical care experience required. Reliable transportation necessary.
