Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students with behavioral needs in an onsite setting for the upcoming school year. This contract position, based near Epping, NH, runs from mid-October 2026 through late May 2027, offering 32.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM).
Ideal candidates are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Techs/Paras with robust experience in behavior and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) settings. Whether you guide positive change in the classroom or work closely with a supervising school BCBA, your expertise will be essential for student growth and classroom success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required (must be submitted with application).
- Experience in elementary behavior/ASD settings is essential; para applicants must demonstrate school-based behavioral support, beyond solely 1:1 roles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within dynamic educational teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting students’ developmental and academic success.
- Ability to adapt strategies and interventions to evolving student needs under BCBA supervision.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions to elementary students in classroom settings.
- Implement individualized behavior plans consistently and ethically.
- Collect and document behavioral data as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collaborate proactively with educators and support staff to foster a positive learning environment.
- Participate in regular feedback and training opportunities to ensure best practices.
