What You'll Do as a Warehouse Robotics on 2nd shift:
- Monitor inventory level and condition of working pallets
- Sort pallets by type and suitability for usage
- Perform general forklift duties
- Perform basic palletizing robot operation
- Maintain system flow by clearing jams and keeping product moving smoothly into robot pick points
- Remove damaged items, mis-reads, and no-reads and return items to system for re-run
- Operate and maintain pallet wrapper
- Maintain equipment and label supplies for pallet labels
- Sort and maintain supply of pallets sand slip-sheets in respective hoppers
- Collect and report end of shift partial pallet carton counts
- Generate pallet ID labels and apply to pallets for locating and inventory control
- Analyze and correct rejected loads and skids to maintain inventory accuracy
- Assure load and skid meets customer quality expectations regarding layout, labeling, count, and quality
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:
- The ability to operate and maintain palletizing robot equipment, shrink wrap/bundle equipment and other automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- An emphasis on teamwork and can function well in a diverse environment
- Ability to identify defective components or product
- Mechanical skills and experience
- 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to keep a clean and organized work area
