Ready to make a meaningful difference in the life of a high school senior while utilizing your skills as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? This contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide compassionate support to a sweet, mild-mannered student near Derry, NH. You’ll offer both emotional and academic guidance while also serving as a supportive travel companion through varied daily schedules and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Accompany a high school senior Monday–Thursday, meeting at Sanborn High and riding the district bus to the Impact Academy in Dover.
Offer standby emotional support, encouragement, and light academic assistance, primarily focusing on history coursework.
Serve as a trusted companion during transport, fostering positive and respectful rapport.
On Fridays, accompany the student to her car detailing internship, assisting as needed for emotional and situational support. If internship oversight isn’t required, provide flexible support within the school environment.
Quickly complete the fast onboarding process, which includes a brief district Vector training.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Credentialed and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience working with students, especially adolescents, in educational or transitional settings.
Ability to establish a supportive, positive presence; patient and gentle with students needing standby emotional support.
Reliable and adaptable, comfortable with both routine and flex assignments.
Willingness to engage in light academic support and facilitate safe transportation.
