Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand the mental health needs of clients, formulating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, groups, and families using an array of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique challenges, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

  • Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

  • Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention for clients in acute distress, using your clinical expertise and compassion to de-escalate emergencies.

Qualifications\n

  • An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
