Job Requirements\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent PACU, Pre-Op, or critical care nursing experience preferred
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- PALS required
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-acuity surgical recovery environment
- Experience caring for patients receiving general anesthesia is highly valued

Responsibilities\n

- Provide safe, attentive post-anesthesia care to patients in PACU and Pre-Op
- Monitor vital signs, pain levels, airway status, and overall recovery progression
- Support patients receiving general anesthesia from multiple procedural areas throughout the hospital
- Work closely with the surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Deliver care for Phase I and Phase II recovery patients with appropriate acuity management
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Adapt to a team-based environment that values professionalism, positivity, and high-quality patient care
