About the Role
\n
Established full-service law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle a broad range of litigation matters, including business & commercial litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, construction, employment, probate, and domestic relations.

Mandatory Requirements
\n
- \n
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active New Hampshire Bar License
- 4+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting pleadings, memoranda, and discovery
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and client-service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Research and analyze complex legal issues; prepare legal memoranda
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations
- Represent clients in court hearings, motions, and trials
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and attorneys

Salary & Benefits
