Qualifications & Experience:
- Background in working as a Paraprofessional within school settings
- Familiarity with ABA strategies and their practical application
- Experience collaborating with educators and special education teams
- Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting diverse learners
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering individualized instruction based on ABA methodologies
- Implement and reinforce specialized curriculum tailored to student needs
- Work one-on-one and in small groups under the direction of certified teachers and specialists
- Collect data to track student progress and inform instructional decisions
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Encourage student independence and life skills through consistent support
