JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs, calculates, reviews and reports laboratory diagnostic tests. Basic laboratory skills, maintenance, QC, and troubleshooting abilities. Understands the clinical significance of the testing performed. Responsibilities for teaching, training, correction of procedural/instrument issues increase through the range of MLS I to MLS III.

EDUCATION:
\n
Bachelor's degree in biological science or chemistry and Medical Laboratory Scientist certification.
\n
WEEKEND SCHEDULE:
\n
Weekend commitment is 1.5 weekends per month.
