Step into a dynamic school setting as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow SLP, dedicated to supporting student success through expert speech and language services. This onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families, fostering growth and communication skills for school-aged learners. The contract runs through June 2027, providing both stability and professional development in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license/certification, or eligibility as a CF-SLP
  • Demonstrated experience delivering speech and language therapy in schools
  • Expertise in evaluations, assessments, and progress reporting
  • Skilled in developing and implementing IEP goals for diverse student needs
  • Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, special educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services to students onsite
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
  • Establish and monitor individualized IEP goals, maintaining timely and thorough documentation
  • Partner with general and special education staff to integrate supports and strategies in the classroom setting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing support to families and staff
  • Remain current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Within this onsite-only role, you’ll have a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills while enjoying full-time hours in a welcoming, supportive district. This position is not open to SLPAs.
