An evening shift opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist at a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This direct hire position offers a fast-paced environment with a daily volume of approximately 600 prescriptions, ideal for pharmacists who thrive on efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided)
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and manage dispensing of medications
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain high-quality service during evening shifts

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
• Rotating weekends

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to perform quickly and efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Frameworks software system

This role offers a competitive pay rate of $60 to $62 per hour, with an evening shift differential for additional compensation.
