Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and personal circumstances, using standardized tools and methodologies where appropriate.

- Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

- A valid Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current and active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
