Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and personal circumstances, using standardized tools and methodologies where appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your primary focus will be to support those coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Understanding the unique needs of each client will be essential in building fruitful therapeutic relationships and facilitating positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Current and active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
