Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate positive outcomes in therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with clients during weekly sessions to set, assess, and revise their mental health goals, supporting them through challenges and celebrating progress.
- Maintain accurate and secure client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
