$105-120k + Bonus + Unlimited PTO
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Hands-On Engineer to bridge the gap between design and the factory floor. This is a role where you will field a spec call with a customer, assist in the design, the machining, and the roll out of custom products.

Key Responsibilities
- You will own the product lifecycle from initial spec sheet to final shipment.
- Our products support critical missions in the Aerospace, Military, and Medical sectors.
- You will work directly with the shop floor in brazing, welding, and machining to develop cutting-edge cooling solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience with the design and development of new products, and translating customer specifications into high-performance mechanical solutions.
- 3+ Years of Experience acting as the technical lead for brazing, GTAW (TIG) welding, and machining processes; designing the tooling and fixtures necessary to meet cost and quality goals.
