Working alongside the Activities Director, you will help deliver recreational and social programs that encourage participation, connection, and overall resident well-being.
Responsibilities

Assist with organizing and leading recreational and social activities.

Encourage resident participation and engagement.
</li>
<li>
Prepare activity areas and assist with cleanup.
</li>

Provide hands-on support during scheduled programs.
</li>

Maintain accurate records of resident participation.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with team members to support residents' quality of life.
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Previous experience working with seniors or patients preferred.
</li>
<li>
Friendly, patient, and compassionate approach.
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Dependable, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with residents.
