Role Snapshot

• Location: Andover, MA and surrounding area (MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION)
• Pay: $25 - $30 (based on experience)

What You’ll Tackle

• Install and detail commercial low-slope roofing systems using EPDM, TPO, and PVC membranes
• Work safely at heights with a full-body harness and follow site safety protocols
• Collaborate with the crew to stage materials, handle tear-offs, and complete watertight finishes

What Makes You a Match

• Hands-on experience with EPDM, TPO, and PVC roof membranes
• Comfortable working at elevation, tied-off, and in hot, cold, and rapidly changing weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
• Must have OSHA 10
• Physically able to bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the day
• Follows instructions and safety guidelines with a professional attitude
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites or the warehouse
