Key Responsibilities\n

- Interpret and implement plans of medical care while ensuring nursing care is delivered in a safe and competent manner
- Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical information, vital signs, and detailed reports
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions

Required Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Knowledge of principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment
- Knowledge of medical terminology

- Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients
