Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students across K-12 classrooms, assisting with academic, behavioral, and social needs
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement individualized strategies for learner success
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
- Support students with daily routines, transitions, and activities as needed
- Document progress and communicate key observations to the educational team
