Job DescriptionJob Title: Biologist Location: Boston, MA Duration: 12 months Pay rate: $35 - $39/Hour on W2 Education and Experience:

<li>BS/BA degree with at least three years of experience in industry or academia.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience with quantitative image analysis tools, such as ImageJ, Indica Labs HALO, HALO AI, or Python.</li>
<li>Proven experience in image acquisition, strong microscopy skills, and a solid working knowledge of mouse and human neuroanatomy.</li>
<li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with mouse handling and necropsy procedures, including blood and tissue collection.</li>
<li>Ability to support in vivo study execution, laboratory organization, and sample management.</li>
<li>Ability to independently analyze data, including the application of practical statistical methods.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively present data in small-group meetings.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>General knowledge of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization methods.</li>
<li>Experience with automated immunostainers, such as Ventana platforms.</li>
<li>Expertise in applying histological markers associated with Alzheimer's disease pathology; including amyloid plaques, tauopathy, gliosis, and neuroimmune function.</li>
<li>Experience with whole-body perfusion and brain microdissection.</li>
