Key Responsibilities\n

- Perform comprehensive initial assessments to understand the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients through detailed interviews and diagnostic tools.

- Facilitate engaging individual sessions, as well as group and family therapy, fostering open dialogues and supportive interactions among participants to promote healing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
