Job Title: Registered Nurse – Home Health
Location: Plymouth, MA
Rate: Up to $2,100 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Contract: 13 weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of recent adult home health experience or 1 year of hospice experience, depending on specialty</li>
<li>Recent specialty experience required; first-time travelers not accepted</li>
<li>Reliable transportation for daily home visits</li>
<li>Current driver's license</li>
</ul>
Certifications:
<ul>
<li>AHA BLS</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and direct home nursing care according to physician orders and agency policies and procedures</li>
<li>Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes</li>
<li>Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care</li>
<li>Complete Start of Care, wound care, follow-up visits, and other home health visits</li>
<li>Complete required documentation and travel between patient homes</li>
<li>Attend periodic office meetings as required</li>
