Director of Nursing-Home Health Care

*Salary: up to $120K per year (depending on experience and skill set)*

Qualifications:

• Must have Massachusetts RN License
• Prior home health care (HHC) experience preferred
• Have experience as a Director of Nursing
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the nursing department to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate records.
