What We’re Looking For:
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children in pediatric settings
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, school-based team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech, language, and communication therapy services to students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs
- Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
