What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children in pediatric settings
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, school-based team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech, language, and communication therapy services to students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
