Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify the mental health and substance use needs of clients, using a thorough, empathetic approach.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and ongoing client progress, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
