L&D RN – Travel Assignment | Nights | Modern LDR Unit We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a night shift travel assignment in a newly renovated, patient-centered maternity unit. Schedule 36 hours/week 12-hour nights: 7:00p – 7:30a Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission BLS (AHA) required NRP required Must be in good standing and separated from BILH for 6+ months (perm, per diem, or contract eligible) No locals Unit Highlights Newly renovated L&D unit (2025) 10 upgraded Labor/Delivery/Recovery (LDR) rooms ~2,600 annual deliveries Level IIB Special Care Nursery (SCN) Patient Care Model & Amenities Private LDR rooms (labor, delivery, and initial recovery in one space) Private bathroom and shower in each room Space for overnight support person TV and patient amenities Hydrotherapy labor tub available Rooming-in model to support bonding and breastfeeding Encourages immediate skin-to-skin and early newborn bonding Pain management options include nitrous oxide, epidurals (24/7), and additional modalities
