Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Travel LPN to provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN at facilities across the country, supporting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Communicate patient status and changes to the RN and care team
- Support care planning and implementation under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
- Adapt quickly to new facility protocols and EMR systems

Requirements:
- Active LPN license (compact or state-specific, as required)
- Current BLS certification
- Prior clinical experience preferred
- Willingness to travel and relocate temporarily for assignments
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
