Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under supervision for patients, maintaining safety and comfort.

Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per protocol.

Collaborate with physicians and team to develop and update care plans.

Experience/Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in the respective state.

Provide nursing care under supervision while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes in EMR systems.

Administer medications per protocol and monitor for adverse reactions.
