Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to fully understand individual mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide individual therapy as well as couples and family counseling, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

  • Facilitate regular sessions aimed at helping clients articulate and achieve their mental health goals, while tracking their progress and adjusting care strategies as needed.

  • Maintain utmost confidentiality by keeping accurate client records, complying with HIPAA and ethical standards, and documenting all interactions and interventions diligently.

  • Engage in professional development through continuous education, attending workshops, and remaining informed about advancements in mental health best practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base consisting of individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

  • An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license valid in the state of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
