Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to fully understand individual mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy as well as couples and family counseling, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
- Facilitate regular sessions aimed at helping clients articulate and achieve their mental health goals, while tracking their progress and adjusting care strategies as needed.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality by keeping accurate client records, complying with HIPAA and ethical standards, and documenting all interactions and interventions diligently.
- Engage in professional development through continuous education, attending workshops, and remaining informed about advancements in mental health best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This role offers a competitive annual compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
